New Programs to Be Implemented for Those Displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, Torosyan
According to Arsen Torosyan, Armenia's Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, 2711 families have received certificates under the housing program for those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, with the total number of certificates reaching 823.
He reported that 60 certificates have been issued in the last 10 days. “The government is currently developing programs in two directions. One direction concerns citizens who are unable to benefit from the housing program. Additionally, an employment program will be implemented for those utilizing the housing program,” said Torosyan.
