There is absolutely no need to return to November 9. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a briefing with reporters after a government meeting.
“November 9 remains November 9,” he declared.
According to him, there are no discussions regarding the agreements reached in Washington; these will begin in September. “At this point, we have no fixed agreements, including for 99 years,” the Prime Minister concluded.
