Where in Yerevan Are the Cheapest and Most Expensive Apartments? June Data
The National Statistical Committee has published new data on the average market prices of apartments in multi-apartment buildings in Yerevan for June 2025. In the center, the average price per square meter in June was 878,000 drams, while in Arabkir it was 622,500 drams, in Kanaker-Zeytun 441,500 drams, in Nor Nork 412,500 drams, in Avan 399,000 drams, in Erebuni 403,000 drams, in Shengavit 491,200 drams, in Davtashen 474,100 drams, in Ajapnyak 414,200 drams, in Malatia-Sebastia 390,200 drams, in Nork-Marash 442,000 drams, and in Nubarashen 236,000 drams.
In the past six months, only 1,825 transactions of apartment sales in multi-apartment buildings have been conducted in Armenia, compared to 1,161 transactions in June of the previous year. Additionally, in the capital, there were 1,303 transactions for apartment sales in multi-apartment buildings in June, an increase from 752 transactions in June of the previous year.
