Iran's Foreign Ministry Comments on the Opening of the 'Zangezur Corridor'
The Iranian Foreign Ministry has commented on the opening of the 'Zangezur Corridor', stating that such initiatives should not harm sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bahram Qasemi noted that the expansion of ties between regional countries is commendable, but it should not affect the geopolitics of the region or infringe upon the sovereignty of countries.
It is worth mentioning that earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev made several statements regarding this issue.
