Agreement Signing Is Near, Says Aliyev's Special Representative
The special representative of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Elchin Amirbekov, has announced that the text of the peace agreement has been coordinated for March 2025, stating that Armenia and Azerbaijan are “very close to signing it.”
