Armenia is Among the Leaders in Economic Growth in the EEU: Alisherov
Armenia has been one of the leaders in economic growth within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) over the past three years. This announcement was made by Eldar Alisherov, a member of the Board for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
"For instance, in 2024, the country's economy grew by 5.9 percent, and economic activity remains high, with the economic activity index reaching 4.1 percent in February 2025. Positive trends are observed in the labor market, with increases in wages and employment, while unemployment has significantly decreased," he added, according to the EEC website.
