Is There a Risk of War? The Prime Minister Responds
While in the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was asked by journalists whether there is a risk of war. He responded, “My assessment is that there are no reasons, no preconditions, and no justifications for war or escalation in the region because, essentially, all regional issues that exist have their solutions proposed—some publicly, others through diplomatic and working levels. Therefore, my assessment is unequivocal that there are no grounds or justifications for escalation in the region.”
