Armenia's Remaining Territorial Aspirations Towards Azerbaijan Are Concerning: Bayramov
The restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty creates new economic cooperation opportunities over a broader geography. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, Jeyhun Bayramov, during a press conference following the second trilateral meeting with the foreign ministers of Turkey and Uzbekistan in Ankara.
B. Bayramov noted that a new impetus for the middle corridor is being implemented through that region, which has great potential. The minister emphasized the importance of concluding a peace agreement with Armenia, declaring that Azerbaijan will continue its constructive efforts in that direction.
He also pointed out that the remaining territorial claims towards Azerbaijan in the Armenian Constitution and other normative legal acts, as well as revanchist tendencies, are concerning.
