“We Will Respond by All Means” – A Call from the Russian Foreign Ministry
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko commented in an interview with TASS regarding the statement by South Korean Foreign Minister Choi Thae-yong, indicating that the supply of arms from Seoul to Kyiv would depend on the development of cooperation between Russia and North Korea.
“First, I would like to emphasize that the bilateral cooperation between Russia and North Korea is built in accordance with universally recognized norms of international law and is not directed against any third country, including the Republic of Korea. This has been publicly stated many times, predominantly by President Vladimir Putin,” he noted.
Speaking about Seoul's potential arms supplies to Kyiv being linked to the development of cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister indicated that such an approach could lead to very negative consequences.
