SMS–with, but not on Sunday evening. Pashinyan on 'written resignations'
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has confirmed that he requested officials to resign in writing on Sunday, but not late in the evening. He discussed this during an interview on Public TV.
“Verbal communication is not bad, but there can be a lot of interpretations and misunderstandings around it. My experience shows that where the conversation is written down, it is more effective and there is less room for future misunderstandings,” he said.
According to him, the dismissals were not personalized but rather systematic. “These were not conflictual by nature, but rather work-related,” he added.
