Tense Discussion Between Pashinyan and Aliyev, Foreign Ministers Join In
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, is engaged in a heated conversation with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. They are currently in Kazan as part of the BRICS summit. Shortly thereafter, the discussions between Pashinyan and Aliyev were joined by Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
