Paris 2024: Slavik Galstyan Fails to Reach Finals
The Greco-Roman wrestler Slavik Galstyan was defeated 10-4 by Iran's Seyid Ismaili in the semifinals of the Paris Olympic Games, thus failing to reach the finals.
In the quarterfinals, his match ended in a 2-2 tie, but the Armenian wrestler emerged victorious over Mamadasa Silay from France, thanks to the advantage of points scored through techniques. In the round of 16, he had previously won 3-2 against Ecuadorian representative Andre Montano Arroyo.
