Kazakhstan is ready to offer a platform for peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This was stated by Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokaev during his speech at the informal summit of the heads of member states of the Turkic Council held in Shushi.
Tokaev expressed hope that sustainable peace will be established between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
