Norway Joins EU's 14th Sanctions Package Against Russia
Norway has joined the European Union's 14th sanctions package against Russia, as reported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs press service.
It is noteworthy that the EU Council confirmed the new anti-Russian sanctions package on Monday, which includes economic and personal restrictions. Sanctions have been imposed on 116 individuals and entities (69 individuals and 47 organizations).
"Norway has agreed to the EU's 14th sanctions package against Russia. Work has begun on the implementation of sanctions within Norwegian legislation," the statement reads.
