Pashinyan Appoints Government Representative at Nuclear Research Institute
Prime Minister Pashinyan has signed a decision, stating: “According to Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activity of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Article 37, Part 1 of the Law on Normative Legal Acts, and based on Article 16 of Chapter 4 of the Charter of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research,
1. To appoint Arthur Movsisyan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Higher Education and Science of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of the Republic of Armenia, as the authorized representative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the working bodies of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.
2. To declare void the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 759-A of June 30, 2020, on appointing an authorized representative and invalidating Prime Minister’s Decision No. 125-A of March 13, 2008.”
