VIDEO: When you visit border villages, the first question is, 'Is there hope for demarcation here too?' says Pashinyan
In border communities, what are people saying? They ask: 'Is there hope for demarcation here too?' This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with high school students in Sisian.
'Do you understand? This is against the backdrop of a significant uproar in Armenia, where the demarcation process is being portrayed as a disaster. Then you go to the village of Jakatun, and the first question is whether there is hope for our area as well,' he said.
Pashinyan noted that when he showed the engineering barriers at the border, he saw the enthusiasm of those people. According to him, there was also great excitement on social media, with comments saying, 'Finally, there will be a civilized border.'
