Searches Conducted at Three Addresses Related to GG Company, Investigative Committee Says
The Investigative Committee is conducting searches at the offices of GG Company, as reported by the spokesperson for the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Gor Abrahamyan. He noted that the searches are part of a criminal case initiated in 2023.
Despite this circumstance, some lawyers are characterizing the searches as politically motivated, arguing that Khachatur Grigoryan, the director and founder of GG Company, is one of the supporters of the 'Tavush for the Homeland' initiative.
“Due to the interests of the investigation, I cannot provide much information, as it does not serve the interests of the preliminary investigation at this stage. I can only say that a criminal case was initiated in 2023 related to the activities of this economic entity, during which relevant investigative procedural actions were conducted in the previous period, and at the current stage of the preliminary investigation, the need arose to conduct searches at three addresses related to the activities of this entity, within which this investigative action is being carried out,” Gor Abrahamyan stated.
