Azerbaijanis to Arrive at the End of June
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "Late yesterday evening, a meeting took place at the community center in Kiran. Employees from the regional administration spent several hours discussing compensation issues with a group of local residents. The focus is on those Kiran residents who are losing their homes due to border demarcation, as well as property owners whose houses are being affected by the handover of bridges.
According to reports, the government intends to compensate these individuals by constructing new homes, and construction work has already begun in the 'Sovkhoz' neighborhood of the village. It is unclear how they will manage to build houses within a month. The fact is that the owners of two houses that will be transferred to Azerbaijan have been given a deadline to vacate their homes by June 24. This means that by the end of June, Azerbaijanis are expected to appear at the outskirts of Kiran."
