Moscow Ready to Negotiate with Kyiv, Says Peskov
The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, has stated that Moscow is willing to negotiate with Kyiv and prefers to achieve its demands through political and diplomatic means.
“The president has repeatedly said that what is most important for us in this conflict is to achieve our goals. And of course, we would prefer to do this primarily through political and diplomatic means. That is why we are ready for negotiations,” Peskov noted.
