VIDEO: When Will Citizens Be Able to Obtain Biometric Passports Without Queues? No Response

When Armenian citizens will be able to obtain biometric passports without waiting in line and without obstacles remains unclear, according to Armen Ghazaryan, the head of the Migration and Citizenship Service.

“Please tell us a specific year and date,” said MP Gegham Manukyan while addressing Ghazaryan.

“No, I cannot say, because until the competition for the public-private partnership takes place and we know which partner we are working with and how long it will take to technically implement that system, I can't answer that question,” Ghazaryan stated.
