Russia Begins Economic Sanctions Against Armenian Brandy: Bagramyan26
Russia has started to impose economic sanctions against Armenia, with the first target being Armenian brandy. This is reported by the Telegram channel Bagramyan26.
According to the received information, about 60 trucks have been parked at the Upper Lars checkpoint for the past two weeks, which are prohibited from heading to Russia. The vehicles are loaded with brandy exported from Armenia, from various producers, including 'Ararat' and 'Noy'.
The publication notes that the ban is officially justified by the claim that the brandy must undergo examination to verify its authenticity.
