Upcoming Third Meeting of Azerbaijani and Artsakh Representatives in Yevlakh
In the coming days, a third meeting between Azerbaijani and Artsakh representatives will take place in Yevlakh. This has been reported by Azerbaijani media.
It is noted that Azerbaijan's Ramin Mamedov, who is responsible for communications with the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh, will be involved in the negotiations.
Previously, on September 25, a second meeting was held in Ivanian (Khojaly) between representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan. The Artsakh delegation included David Melkumyan, the leader of the "Democratic Party of Artsakh" faction in the parliament, and Sergey Martirosyan, the deputy secretary of the Security Council.
