Ukraine's Armed Forces Counteroffensive Will Continue Even in Cold Weather, Says Kyrylo Budanov
The counteroffensive of Ukraine's Armed Forces will persist even as cold weather sets in, despite the fact that the execution of military tasks will become more challenging, Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate, told Reuters.
Budanov noted that the counteroffensive, which is ongoing in several directions, is proceeding more slowly than anticipated, and the situation in the combat zone is complex.
It was highlighted that a crucial part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' military operation is the attack in southeastern Zaporizhzhia region, near the villages of Robotyne and Verbove.
It is worth recalling that Ukraine's counteroffensive began in June.
