Information Preparation for Another Provocation: Artsakh Ministry of Defense Statement

The Artsakh Republic Ministry of Defense has issued a statement:

“The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense regarding alleged engineering works conducted by the Artsakh Defense Army units in the Askeran region on September 8 at approximately 00:25, which were supposedly halted due to actions by Azerbaijani units, is yet another piece of misinformation. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense continues to prepare the information groundwork for yet another provocation through the dissemination of false reports.”
