5 Magnitude Earthquake in Azerbaijan
A 5.0 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in Azerbaijan. This is reported by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 29 km northwest of the city of Ajikabul, which has a population of 23,100 inhabitants. The focus of the tremors was at a depth of 18 km.
