Armenia to Provide Artsakh a 4 Billion Dram Intergovernmental Loan

The Government of the Republic of Armenia has decided to grant a 4 billion dram intergovernmental loan to Artsakh. This was announced during the Armenian government's meeting on August 24.

"The government has adopted a decision to allocate a 4.0 billion dram intergovernmental loan to Nagorno-Karabakh from the freely available resources of the 2023 state budget deficit to address the social tensions created in the region during the post-war period," the decision states.
