Yerevan and Baku Must Engage in Complex Compromises, Says US State Department
The United States continues to believe that a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is possible, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stated during a press briefing.
"Both sides need to engage in complex compromises. Washington is ready to assist the parties," Miller noted.
