Former FSB Colonel Arrested in Moscow
A former colonel of the Federal Security Service (FSB), Mikhail Polyakov, has been arrested in Moscow. This was reported on July 14 by RBC, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The official reason for the colonel's detention is not known. Telegram channels allege that Polyakov is accused of extortion from influential figures, including politicians and businessmen. Reports suggest that he managed anonymous channels such as 'Kremlinskaya laundress,' 'Nezygar,' and 'Siloviki,' along with BRIEF. However, the latter channels have denied these claims, while the first two have yet to be confirmed.
