The West Will Not Leave CSTO Countries in Peace Even After the Ukrainian Conflict Ends, Says Lukashenko
“Western countries will not leave the member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in peace, even after the end of the Ukrainian conflict,” stated Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko during a meeting with the foreign ministers of CSTO countries.
“We must understand that they will exert pressure on us. Even if this conflict ends in Ukraine, they will not leave us in peace. We need to develop a common plan, not just a forecast of actions, but a program—first and foremost, an economic one,” said Lukashenko.
