“The threat of Putin using tactical nuclear weapons is real,” said United States President Joe Biden during a meeting with campaign donors in California on Monday.

“Two years ago, when I was here again and announced that I was concerned about the potential drying up of the Colorado River, everyone looked at me as if I were crazy. Now I am getting the same look when I say I am concerned about the possibility of the Russian president using tactical nuclear weapons. And that is real,” Biden asserted.
