Sergey Lavrov Arrives in Ankara for Meeting with Cavusoglu

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Ankara for an official visit. According to TASS, the head of the Russian department came to Ankara at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu. 

Lavrov is expected to hold negotiations with the Turkish side, during which energy issues, the situation surrounding Ukraine, and the implementation of the grain deal will be addressed. 

It is also anticipated that discussions will involve the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations, and dialogue between Ankara and Damascus.
