In a conversation with journalists, human rights defender candidate Anahit Manasyan stated that having a humane, good, and honest relationship with someone is a reason to be proud rather than to justify oneself. She emphasized, 'Yes, my relationship with the Prosecutor General is a source of pride, not justification.'

When asked about her stance on the incident involving 15 soldiers who were burned in a shelter, she responded, 'That circumstance is not within the scope of my functions, but it is natural that as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, I have tried to be useful in protecting the rights of any individual within my capabilities.'
