VIDEO: Soldier Committed Suicide Due to Lack of Calls from Loved Ones, Says Kocharyan
During a session of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Defense and Security, the issue of adding restrictions for servicemen was debated, particularly concerning a ban on the use of smartphones.
Committee Chairman Andranik Kocharyan emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating that phones often become the cause of tragic incidents. He remarked, “So that tomorrow no one says he committed suicide due to not receiving a call from his loved one, and then there were other stories involved. Everything must be within the framework of order and regulation.”
