Russia Will Decide for Itself What to Do: Serzh Sargsyan
Russia will decide for itself what to do. This was stated today by the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, while commenting on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement that Armenia is not withdrawing from the CSTO, but rather the CSTO is withdrawing from Armenia.
“I have always laughed internally at all those people who tried to explain to the Russians their interests or who told the Russians what steps they should take. I believe that Russia will decide for itself what to do,” he said.
According to the third president, if there are other desires that are somehow discernible, it is no longer just the issue of the Armenian authorities, but the security issue of all Armenian citizens. “Therefore, this is not a place where one should think too long, and a correct decision should be made,” concluded Serzh Sargsyan.
