«I Have No Offense or Grudge Against Anyone in My Personal Domain»: Hrachya Sargsyan

“It was a great honor for me to be the mayor of Yerevan, to serve Yerevan, and after this service, I am ready to serve the Republic of Armenia again within the framework of my knowledge, skills, and abilities,” said Hrachya Sargsyan, the former mayor of Yerevan, during his resignation speech.

“I thank everyone. I apologize to those who may have grievances against me, but in my personal domain, I have no offense or grudge against anyone; rather, I wanted us to move forward with teamwork. Perhaps, during that work, there were different perceptions regarding work, form, and content,” Sargsyan added, also noting, “I am available 24 hours a day to support the resolution of any issues in the city of Yerevan.”
