Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Calls Armenian Diaspora a 'Cancerous Tumor' in Europe, Says Armenian Ambassador in Netherlands
The characterization by Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis that the "Armenian diaspora has long been a cancerous tumor in Europe" reflects the racist and genocidal essence of Aliyev's regime, blatantly violating the International Court of Justice's ruling of December 7, 2021. This was stated by Tigran Balayan, Armenia's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on his Twitter page.
"Azerbaijan must take all necessary measures to prevent the incitement and promotion of racial hatred and discrimination targeting Armenians, including by Azerbaijani officials and state institutions," the ambassador reminded.
