Gazprom Restores Supplies to the EU via Ukraine
Gazprom's supplies to the EU through Ukraine have begun to show a slow increase as the company's contractual prices have started to align with the declining spot prices in Europe, reports Kommersant.ru.
In January, supplies were almost halved due to a sharp drop in local gas prices attributed to warmer weather conditions.
Currently, the contractual gas prices from the Russian Federation remain less competitive compared to the spot market. However, analysts believe that as spot prices stabilize in February, this factor will diminish, and supplies may continue to rise.
