Armen Grigoryan and the US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Meet
On December 1, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with Philip Ricker, the US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and Senior Advisor on Caucasus Negotiations. The Secretary welcomed Ricker's visit to Armenia and highly appreciated the US efforts aimed at achieving peace in the region.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to the establishment of an international mechanism for discussions between Stepanakert and Baku, as well as addressed other matters concerning regional security and stability.
