From Today, Visa Regime is Introduced
Ukraine is introducing a visa regime for citizens of the Russian Federation starting from July 1. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that the presence of a visa does not guarantee entry into the country for Russians, as the final decision is made by border guards.
Currently, Russian citizens can obtain a Ukrainian visa at VFS Global visa centers located in eight cities in Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, and Samara. Visa applications will be reviewed by Ukrainian authorities in three countries, based on the cooperation with Ukrainian competent bodies.
