Biden Explains Why No Troops Are Being Sent to Ukraine
U.S. President Joe Biden has reiterated during a Democratic Party event in Oregon that he does not intend to send troops to Ukraine.
"We will not send a single American soldier to Ukraine to avoid starting a third world war," TASS quotes the White House chief as saying. According to him, instead, Washington plans to focus on providing military assistance to Ukraine. He stated that the U.S. will provide every Ukrainian with "the military capabilities that... we need for our defense."
