The History Will Not Be Distorted: Serzh Sargsyan Publishes Document

The first three paragraphs of the document presented by the OSCE Minsk Group regarding the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to the negotiating parties in August 2016 have been published by the office of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.

“Do these proposals resemble a phased version? This question is directed at the readers and interpreters of the clearly and unequivocally written text (emphasized by us), rather than those who are well aware of all this but deliberately distort the Nagorno-Karabakh negotiation process and those who have failed the negotiations. History will not be distorted,” the statement reads.
