“I do not have the right to openly answer that question right now because we are entering into negotiations. This was stated by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, during a Facebook press conference in response to the question of whether he considers Artsakh to be part of Azerbaijan's integrity.

“For the Speaker of a parliamentary country to state such a specific position and to enter negotiations could influence the essence of the negotiations. If the questioner is not satisfied with my answer, they can follow the actions. No government has contributed as much to Artsakh as the ‘Civil Contract’ movement has since coming to power, that is a fact. If someone can show me that any other government has done more for Artsakh, I will say, 'Alright,'” said Simonian.
