VIDEO: Voting for the Presidential Election in Parliament Has Begun

During a speech in Parliament, Armenian presidential candidate Vahagn Khachaturyan stated, “We must establish friendly relations with our neighbors; we have no other way.”

According to the presidential candidate, our region should become a platform for cooperation, and we must ensure Armenia's development within this framework, as we have no alternative.

“We should not think that someone will come and help us out of a difficult situation. We have neighbors, and we must be able to live peacefully with them. For me, this is an ideology. In my daily life, I am guided by the principle that talking and negotiating with a neighbor is a much easier path than arguing, fighting, and demonstrating strength. You can demonstrate strength through intellect, knowledge, and technological achievements, which can make you a leading country in the world,” Khachaturyan said.

The voting for the presidential election is currently taking place in Parliament.
