Bayramov Speaks Again on Border Delimitation
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, after negotiations with his Moldovan counterpart, noted that Baku and Chișinău plan to develop cooperation in the agro-industrial complex and telecommunications sectors to support small and medium-sized enterprises.
This time, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister also spoke about Armenia. "The 110 km section of the railway to the Armenian border will be completed by 2023. Azerbaijan is ready to start the border delimitation and demarcation process with Armenia without any preconditions," Bayramov stated, according to Azerbaijani news outlets.
