China Sees Security Issues in NATO's Expansion
China believes that NATO's expansion does not contribute to global security and stability. This was stated in a declaration published on the official website of the Chinese representation in the EU, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“Thirty years after the end of the 'Cold War', NATO continues to expand its geography and the scope of its operations, engaging in alliance politics and confrontation. This does not contribute to global security and stability,” the statement read.
