The executive director of the Insurance Bureau, Vahik Yeghiazaryan, accepted drivers protesting against the increase in mandatory insurance in the Bureau's building, amidst media presence. One of the participating drivers directly told Vahik Yeghiazaryan a moment ago that this discussion seems to yield no results and nothing will change, hence they continue to demand his resignation.

“Do you know, I am neither prime minister nor president to resign,” Yeghiazaryan said sarcastically, which further angered the drivers.
