Information is False: Defense Army Denies Reports from Azerbaijani Media
The Defense Army of Artsakh has denied reports circulated by Azerbaijani media alleging that the Defense Army's units opened fire towards the Azerbaijani village of Ghapanlu.
“This information is false and bears no relation to reality. In fact, the ceasefire regime in the indicated area has been violated by the Azerbaijani armed forces,” stated the Defense Army in its announcement.
The Artsakh defense ministry reiterates its commitment to the trilateral agreements on maintaining the ceasefire.
At the same time, the Defense Army calls on Azerbaijan to refrain from such informational provocations. It should be noted that the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense issued a statement today claiming that the Armenian side had allegedly fired at the Azerbaijani village of Ghapanlu, noting that there were no casualties.
