Azerbaijan's Parliament Approves the 'Shushi Declaration'
Azerbaijan's Parliament has approved the signing of a Turkish-Azerbaijani agreement known as the 'Shushi Declaration,' which was signed by President Ilham Aliyev and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the summer of 2021. According to Report, this agreement entails mutual military assistance and cooperation in the defense industry.
It is noteworthy that in the summer, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, accompanied by his wife Emine, visited Azerbaijan. During this meeting, the presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, signed the 'Shushi Declaration on Allied Relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.' Significantly, the occupiers have named this declaration after the Armenian fortress town of Shushi.
