Mamikjanyan Votes Against Pro-Armenian Resolution in PACE Like Azerbaijan and Turkey, Responds to Davoyan's Statement

Deputy Arpi Davoyan from the ruling party wrote that "Heyk Mamikjanyan from the 'I Have Honor' faction joined the delegations of Azerbaijan and Turkey in voting against the resolution on the democracy of Armenia in PACE. He particularly noted: 'What kind of a person do you have to be to spend the whole day screaming about the enemy, acting dramatically, cursing Azerbaijan and Turkey, singing the song of a lost homeland, shouting about democracy, but vote against a resolution that reflects the high level of democracy in your own country, and what’s worse, do it in unison and hand in hand with the Azerbaijani and Turkish delegations?
