Armenian National Assembly President Alen Simonyan today, February 24, declined to talk to reporters in the Assembly. They specifically requested his comment regarding the resignation of the President of Armenia and the temporary assumption of powers by the President.
“I said I wouldn’t speak, so why are you making all this fuss now? You asked in Armenian if we should talk, and I said no. You said it's a fateful situation, and I said no,” he stated before leaving.
